2935 at Coconut Grove is a home where light, space, and nature come together seamlessly, creating a perfect balance between comfort, elegance, and outdoor living.
From the moment you walk through the door, you are welcomed by large windows that flood the entrance with natural light and greenery, creating an immediate sense of home.
The house unfolds into two distinct areas. The great room is an entertainer’s dream – expansive yet inviting, with a clean, modern design that naturally draws your attention outside. Through the glass doors, the BBQ area and pool extend the living space, blurring the line between indoors and out. Following the exterior path, a staircase lets you go straight to the second-floor terrace, a space designed for unwinding. Whether as a lounge or an extension of the BBQ area, it’s the perfect place to relax under the open sky.
Every inch of this home has been carefully considered. The family room is proof of that: generous, open, and seamlessly connected to a spacious kitchen and a cozy sitting area. As with all our projects, this space naturally becomes the heart of the home. A direct entrance from the garage leads to two vestatile rooms, ideal as an office or staff. This house is meant to handle the rhythm of daily life with ease.
Upstairs, the second floor keeps things simple yet refined. Two well-sized bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, while the master suite is a true sanctuary. A small sitting area leads to the grand terrace, where the best views of the house come to life.
But the real surprise? A sprawling basement designed purely for enjoyment. A built-in bar, a wine cellar, a spacious lounge, and enough space for a pool table, while a dedicated gym and sauna make it easy to prioritize wellness without leaving home.
2935 at Coconut Grove is a home full of unexpected details. While the garden is compact, the design makes sure the outdoor space is an extension of the home itself. More than a house, this is a space designed around you and your lifestyle.
