Hibiscus Waterfront is a harbor where modernity and serene nature intertwine, creating a backdrop for family life by the water.
Step through the front door and feel an immediate connection to the outdoors. Sunlight streams through expansive windows, drawing your gaze across the spacious living area and out to the infinity pool, where water meets water in a seamless flow toward the canals. Picture yourself unwinding in the heart of this home as a soft bay breeze envelops the terrace and the sun dips below the horizon.
Designed to blend elegance and functionality, this home adapts effortlessly to your lifestyle while maintaining a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Move from the open kitchen to the family room—the true heart of the home—where relaxed family moments and intimate gatherings unfold naturally. Expansive sliding doors erase the boundary between inside and out, inviting you to step onto the terrace, take in the stunning canal views from the great room, or host a weekend BBQ by the pool. Every space is designed to make luxury feel like a natural part of everyday life.
The flexibility of the design allows the extra room on the first floor to be used as a guest room, gym, or any other needed space, adapting to the changing needs of the residents. The project’s main challenge was transforming the property’s unique layout, with its sloping canal, into an extraordinary living experience. To overcome this, the design introduced intermediate floors where the study and master suite are located, offering privacy and breathtaking views.
Imagine waking up in your spacious master suite, a luxurious bathroom, and starting your day surrounded by tranquility. Upstairs, privacy meets comfort. Three additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, provide ample space for family or guests.
The shared terrace overlooking the water invites moments of quiet reflection, where the peacefulness of the canals set the tone for life here - serene, luxurious, and connected to nature.
Results:
- A seamless indoor-outdoor connection, a layout that merges itself with the pool and canal.
- The home offers a tranquil and luxurious lifestyle, where nature, water, and elegant design create a serene retreat.
- The covered garage led to intermediate floors that optimize views and enhance the home’s functionality.
