12100 at Pinecrest

12100 at Pinecrest is a home designed for a dynamic family that enjoys year-round social activities, blending modern sophistication with spaces that invite both relaxation and lively gatherings.

The property’s wide yet shallow lot, framed by mature trees along the perimeter, inspired a design that embraces the surrounding greenery. The house unfolds with a focus on a wide layout, culminating in a back-like side yard that feels like an extension of the home, a space where family and friends can come together, whether for play, quiet relaxation, or outdoor dining.

Step inside, and the double-height ceilings immediately create an open, airy atmosphere, setting the tone for this modern two-story retreat. The design combines timeless elegance with a modern touch, emphasizing natural light that floods through large windows and expansive common areas crafted from high-quality materials. The layout is perfectly balanced; the first floors offer wide, open spaces for gathering and hosting, while the second floor is reserved for the family.

In the main living spaces, the dining room seamlessly connects to the living room, where large windows frame the spectacular garden, enhancing the connection to the outdoors. These open spaces are perfect for socializing while maintaining an intimate, cozy feel. The family room, the heart of the home, links to a beautifully designed kitchen and opens onto the outdoor space, ideal for everyday living or spontaneous gatherings. Just steps away, the stylish outdoor cabana, nestled beneath a mature tree, extends the home into the garden. This inviting space is perfect for hosting BBQs or enjoying quiet evenings by the pool, blending indoor comfort with outdoor serenity for the perfect social setting.

Upstairs, the second floor is dedicated to privacy, with three well-sized bedrooms, each with its bathroom providing comfort and independence for every family member. The master suite, however, is the real sanctuary. Spacious and serene, it features a luxurious walk-in closet and a fully appointed bathroom designed for ultimate relaxation. This private retreat, flooded with natural light and views of the surrounding greenery, is where comfort meets elegance.
